Terms and Conditions for Dev180

Welcome to Dev180! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our programs, coaching packages, accelerators, and related services (“Services”). By engaging with Dev180 (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Dev180 provides business consulting, coaching, grant writing assistance, accelerators, and related services. Specific deliverables and timelines will be outlined in individual agreements for each program, package, or service purchased.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You are legally authorized to enter into binding contracts.

  • You will provide accurate and complete information during registration or enrollment.

3. Payments and Refunds

3.1 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon enrollment or as specified in the program agreement.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, and other methods outlined during checkout.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of Services.

3.2 Refund Policy

  • Refund eligibility depends on the specific program or package:

    • Programs and Accelerators: Refund requests must be made 7 days BEFORE the program starts. After the program starts, payments are non-refundable.

    • Coaching Packages: Refunds are not available for used sessions or partially completed packages.

    • Custom Services: Payments for custom or tailored deliverables are non-refundable.

  • Any disputes regarding payments must be addressed in writing to Info@Dev180.com.

4. Program Participation

By enrolling in any Dev180 program or coaching package, you agree to:

  • Actively participate in sessions, workshops, or assignments.

  • Respect the confidentiality and intellectual property of other participants and Dev180.

  • Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior that may hinder the learning environment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methodologies, and resources provided by Dev180, including but not limited to documents, templates, videos, and presentations, are proprietary and owned by Dev180 unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission.

  • Materials are for personal or organizational use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

6. Confidentiality

Dev180 respects your privacy and will not disclose your personal or business information without your consent, except as required by law. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during programs or coaching sessions.

7. Liability Limitation

  • Dev180 provides its Services on an “as-is” basis and does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dev180 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Dev180 harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in our programs or Services.

8. Termination

Dev180 reserves the right to terminate your access to Services if:

  • You violate these Terms.

  • You engage in fraudulent, unethical, or disruptive behavior.

  • Payments are not received in accordance with agreed terms.

Upon termination, access to program materials and ongoing services will be revoked.

9. Changes to Services and Terms

Dev180 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program, package, or Service at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution
